The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a motivated, passionate Business Development Manager to join our team full-time. As a Business Development Manager, you will be our SharpSpring guru, managing all aspects of SharpSpring and ensuring our team is optimizing the platforms features fully.

Job Responsibilities

  • Investigating and communicating with prospects that show potential for new or increased business
  • Developing relationships with potential clients
  • Updating and managing SharpSpring on a daily basis, running and analyzing reports to provide recommendations for Marketing Team and Leadership
  • Updating and creating strategic workflows and automations
  • Collaborating with Design and Development Team
  • Educating CMDS Team on hot opportunities
  • Developing improvement plans reflected on SharpSpring reports
  • Developing best practices for email deliverability
  • Performing competitive research
  • Communicating the value of the platform effectively to existing and potential clients
  • Driving new business and creating strategic partnerships
  • Outbound calls for relationship development and sales
  • Managing sales inquiries through SharpSpring
  • Source new sales opportunities through SharpSpring lead follow-up

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree highly preferred
  • Complete working knowledge of SharpSpring- Marketing Automation Software
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Sales background preferred

This position is a full time on-site position with salary ranging based on experience. Vacation and benefits package available.
