CMDS is currently looking for a project manager that will have the responsibility of the planning and execution of all web design, print development and marketing projects. The project manager's main duty is to ensure the success of a project by minimizing risk throughout the lifetime of the project. The project manager will usually have to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions, and resolve interpersonal conflicts, as well as use more systematic management skills.
Required Skills:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Project Management tools.
• College degree required.
• Previous direct management of staff preferred.
• Knowledge of direct marketing and digital media.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Act as primary contact liaison
• Hold project meetings to update the business owner on the status of the project.
• Contribute to and/or create business requirements.
• Manage project through Project Initiation and Approval Process.
• Serve as the main point of contact between all departments.
• Provide updates to business owners at all stages of the project life cycle.
• Provide support and trouble-shooting for implemented projects on an ad-hoc basis.
Compensation: 30-45k TBD on Industry Experience
